General trainings terms

Our General trainings terms are applicable on all the trainings that we offer.

Registration for a training can only be done in writing.
Reservations done via the phone, need to be confirmed via a written confirmation.
Registration via our website is also a written confirmation, which means your participation is final.
All our trainings are under the condition that there are enough participants. In case there aren't enough registrations, we let you know in time. You can attend the next training withouth any additional costs.
Cancellation without any costs is possible up to 2 weeks before the training. If cancelation takes place within 2 weeks before the training, 50% of the costs will be invoiced. In case of not showing up, the full costs of the training will be invoiced.
Alle invoices must be paid within one month after the invoice date.
Infinite reserves all intellectual and industrial property rights with respect to the teaching materials provided by Infinite. The student is not entitled to reproduce course material in any way, to transfer it to third parties or to make it available for other usage.
When the training takes place at the customer site, they have to make sure a suitable room is availble for the duration of the training.
There is a maximum of 8 participants for all our trainings.
With registration for our trainings, you automatically accept these general trainings terms.
