Overview

In this webinar, we will discuss trajectories from launch to orbit. Early in concept development, orbit trades are conducted to determine the optimal orbit for a spacecraft, given various constraints. By the end of this phase, an orbit is identified that supports the mission while abiding by fuel, mass, and launch vehicle constraints. Once the orbit is identified, engineers must determine how to get to that orbit and how to maintain it. We will discuss where and when high-fidelity modeling is necessary and how the orbit will impact the mission.

What Attendees will Learn

  • Explore trajectories from launch to orbit
  • Understand where and when high fidelity modeling is necessary
  • Discover how the orbit will impact the overall mission
